DASK zorunlu mu, neleri karşılar?
Evet, DASK (zorunlu deprem sigortası) konutlar için zorunludur ve tapu ile abonelik işlemlerinde aranır. Depremin binada yarattığı hasarı poliçe limitine kadar karşılar; eşyaları kapsamaz. Eşya, yangın, su baskını gibi riskler için ayrıca isteğe bağlı konut sigortası yaptırılabilir.
