Ariafiz Sağlıklı Yaşam Merkezi is a personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation center founded in 2023 by physiotherapist Tuğba Kara in Gölbaşı İncek Kızılcaşar. We work with an approach centered on assessment and hands-on treatment that gets to the source of your pain.
We provide internationally certified care in orthopedic manual therapy, sports health, spinal health, and neurological rehabilitation. For conditions such as lumbar and cervical disc herniation, scoliosis and posture disorders, knee-hip-shoulder complaints, tennis elbow, frozen shoulder, heel spurs, and meniscus and ligament injuries, we apply manual therapy, kinesiology taping, mobilization, and exercise-based treatment programs.
A graduate of Kırıkkale University's Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation program, Tuğba Kara brings her experience from Ankara Spor Sağlık Merkezi and Galatasaray Sports Schools' competitions to her clinic in İncek. Get in touch with us to make an appointment.
