İskân, binanın onaylı projesine uygun tamamlandığını ve oturmaya elverişli olduğunu gösteren resmi belgedir. İskânsız binalarda abonelik, banka kredisi ve satış aşamalarında sorun yaşanabilir. Alım öncesi iskân durumunu belediyeden veya tapudan teyit etmek gerekir.
Ev alırken ekspertiz (değerleme) raporu gerekli mi?
