We also work in network solutions, security solutions, system installation and management, VOIP (voice over internet) services, data backup and hard disk data recovery.

Fiş ile fatura arasındaki fark nedir?
Fiş, yazar kasadan verilen basit satış belgesidir; fatura ise alıcı ve satıcı bilgilerini içeren, belirli tutarın üzerindeki satışlarda düzenlenmesi zorunlu resmi belgedir. Garanti ve iade süreçlerinde ikisi de satış kanıtı olarak geçerlidir. Kurumsal alışverişte veya gider göstermek istediğinizde fatura istemeniz gerekir.
Mağazadan aldığım ürünü iade etme hakkım var mı?
Kusursuz bir ürünü mağazaya iade etmek yasal bir hak değil, mağazanın kendi politikasına bağlı bir kolaylıktır. Ayıplı (kusurlu) üründe ise Tüketici Kanunu kapsamında onarım, değişim, bedel iadesi veya indirim seçeneklerinden birini talep edebilirsiniz. İnternetten alışverişte ayrıca 14 günlük cayma hakkı vardır.
Garanti süresinde ürün bozulursa ne yapmalıyım?
Satış belgeniz (fiş veya fatura) ve varsa garanti belgesiyle satıcıya ya da yetkili servise başvurmalısınız. Üretim kaynaklı arızalar garanti kapsamında ücretsiz onarılır ve azami tamir süresi 20 iş günüdür. Arıza tekrarlarsa değişim veya bedel iadesi talep edilebilir.
