Ahşap masa neden çatlar?
Ahşap nem alıp verdikçe çalışan bir malzemedir; ani nem ve sıcaklık değişimleri çatlamaya yol açar. Üretimde iyi fırınlanmış (kurutulmuş) ahşap bu riski azaltır. Evde de masayı kalorifer dibinden uzak tutmak ve aşırı kuru ortamdan kaçınmak korur.
Eski mobilya yenilenebilir mi?
Evet; masif mobilyalar zımpara, cila ve döşeme yenilemeyle çoğu zaman ilk günkünden değerli hale gelir. MDF ve sunta gövdelerde onarım daha sınırlıdır; kaplama kabarması genellikle geri döndürülemez. Aile yadigârı parçalarda restorasyon, yenisini almaktan daha anlamlı bir yatırımdır.
Masif ahşap ile MDF ve sunta arasındaki fark nedir?
