Can I get treatment for neck pain?
Yes. After an assessment, appropriate treatment is applied for neck pain; you're also guided on using your neck muscles correctly and supporting the process with pilates.
Can reformer pilates correct postural disorders?
Our reformer pilates programs are designed to improve posture and movement habits; our clients report noticeable improvement in their posture with regular practice. Exercises are tailored to each person's areas of difficulty.
Do you provide lipedema treatment?
Yes. We run a monitored treatment process for lipedema and stay with you throughout.
