We handle planting, lawn seeding and rolled turf, automatic irrigation and drainage, garden maintenance, hardscaping, and poolside deck installations all under one roof. Thanks to plants we grow ourselves in our own nursery and heirloom seedlings, we plan healthy, site-appropriate plant selection for your projects with confidence from start to finish.

Alçıpan duvar ile tuğla duvar arasındaki fark nedir?
Alçıpan hafiftir, hızlı ve temiz monte edilir; ara bölme ve asma tavan için idealdir. Tuğla ve gazbeton ise ses yalıtımı ve darbe dayanımında öndedir. Alçıpan duvara ağır eşya asmak için özel dübel kullanmak gerekir; bu ayrım seçim yaparken bilinmelidir.
Isı yalıtımında taş yünü ile köpük (EPS/XPS) arasındaki fark nedir?
Taş yünü yanmaz malzemedir ve ses yalıtımı da sağlar; EPS ve XPS köpükler daha ekonomiktir, XPS ayrıca suya dayanıklıdır. Yangın güvenliğinin öncelikli olduğu cephelerde taş yünü, temel ve zemin yalıtımında XPS öne çıkar. Doğru seçim binanın ihtiyacına ve detayına göre projeyle belirlenir.
Evde tadilat için ruhsat veya izin gerekir mi?
Boya, kaplama, dolap gibi taşıyıcı sisteme dokunmayan basit işler için ruhsat gerekmez; duvar kaldırma, balkon kapatma ve kolon-kiriş müdahalesi gibi işler belediye izni ister. Taşıyıcı elemanlara projesiz müdahale hem yasak hem de can güvenliği riskidir. Ortak alanları etkileyen değişikliklerde kat maliklerinin onayı da gerekebilir.
