Öztürkler Kasabı has been the address for locally sourced meat and trusted flavor in Gölbaşı's Gaziosmanpaşa neighborhood since 1988. With the philosophy "Local Cut, Trusted Meat and Trusted Flavor," we see neighborhood butchery as a labor of love and carefully select every product.
Our display case features the finest cuts of beef and lamb, sirloin and steak, ground beef and diced meat, along with ready-to-cook items we prepare ourselves, such as butcher-style meatballs, sausage, wings, and Adana and chicken skewers. Our counter is arranged fresh, spotless and carefully every day; our friendly team helps you choose the right cut.
Beyond in-store shopping, we prepare special orders and, if you'd like, ship them by courier anywhere in Turkey. We serve you in Gölbaşı with two branches.

Antrikot sırtın ön bölümünden çıkar; yağ damarlı (mermer desenli) yapısı sayesinde ızgarada daha sulu ve lezzetli olur. Kontrfile arka sırttan çıkar; daha yağsız ve sıkı dokuludur. Yumuşaklık önceliğinde antrikot, az yağ tercihinde kontrfile öne çıkar; bonfile ise en yumuşak ama en yağsız parçadır.
