Evet, DASK (zorunlu deprem sigortası) konutlar için zorunludur ve tapu ile abonelik işlemlerinde aranır. Depremin binada yarattığı hasarı poliçe limitine kadar karşılar; eşyaları kapsamaz. Eşya, yangın, su baskını gibi riskler için ayrıca isteğe bağlı konut sigortası yaptırılabilir.
Emlakçı komisyonu yasal olarak ne kadardır?
Taşınmaz ticareti mevzuatına göre satışta hizmet bedeli her bir taraftan satış bedelinin yüzde ikisini, kiralamada ise bir aylık kira bedelini aşamaz. Ücretin doğması için yazılı yetkilendirme veya hizmet sözleşmesi bulunması gerekir. Ödeme koşullarını işin başında yazılı netleştirmek anlaşmazlıkları önler.
