Kışın beton dökülür mü?
Dökülebilir ancak özel önlem gerekir; beton düşük sıcaklıkta priz alamaz, donarsa dayanımını kalıcı olarak kaybeder. Soğuk hava betonlarında katkı malzemesi kullanılır ve yüzey örtülerek korunur. Bu yüzden kış aylarındaki beton işleri mutlaka deneyimli ekiplere yaptırılmalıdır.
C25, C30 gibi beton sınıfları ne anlama gelir?
Rakam, betonun 28 günlük karakteristik basınç dayanımını megapascal (MPa) cinsinden gösterir; C30 betonu C25’ten daha yüksek dayanımlıdır. Hangi sınıfın kullanılacağı statik projede belirlenir. Yapı denetimine tabi işlerde dökülen betondan numune alınıp test edilmesi zorunludur.

Mantolama, binayı dışarıdan yalıtım levhalarıyla kaplayarak ısı kaybını azaltır; ısıtma ve soğutma giderlerini düşürür, iç duvarlardaki küf ve rutubet sorununu da büyük ölçüde çözer. Performansı malzemenin cinsi, kalınlığı ve uygulama işçiliği belirler. Eksik detaylı (denizlik, söve, dübelleme) uygulama yalıtımın verimini ciddi düşürür.
