We offer a rich kitchen at any hour of the day: generous spread-style breakfast platters, pan-fried eggs and menemen varieties, wood-fired pide and kiremit dishes, fresh soups, and daily prepared kebab varieties. From lamb chops, yaprak kebab, Adana, meatballs, chicken shish, and liver to homemade desserts, we bring together the pleasure of both breakfast and dinner in one place with a wide menu.
Started in the profession in 1996 and shaped by the craftsmanship of Mert Sarıkaya, Bahçem is one of Gölbaşı's yet-to-be-discovered flavor stops, with its fresh, local ingredients, fair prices, and meticulous kitchen approach.

Kömür ateşinde pişen et neden daha lezzetli olur?
Kömür ateşi yüksek ve kuru ısı verdiği için etin dışını hızla mühürler ve suyunu içinde hapseder; damlayan yağların közde yanmasıyla oluşan is aroması da ete siner. Elektrikli ızgarada bu aroma oluşmaz. Mangal ve ocakbaşı lezzetinin evde birebir yakalanamamasının nedeni budur.

Lahmacun, ince açılmış hamurun üzerine kıymalı harç sürülerek çok yüksek ısıda kısa sürede pişirilir; pide ise daha kalın hamurlu, kenarları kıvrık ve çeşitli iç harçlarla hazırlanır. Lahmacun çıtır ve hafif, pide daha doyurucudur. İkisinin hamuru ve pişirme süresi tamamen farklıdır.
