Izgara ette az, orta, çok pişmiş ne anlama gelir?
Pişme derecesi etin merkez sıcaklığını anlatır: az pişmişte merkez kırmızı ve sulu, ortada pembe, çok pişmişte tamamen kahverengidir. Derece arttıkça et suyunu kaybeder ve sertleşir. Köfte ve burger gibi kıyma ürünlerinde ise gıda güvenliği için tam pişmiş tercih edilmelidir.
